Pele shines as Chelsea hit Stoke for six at Drogba Arena

Chelsea delivered another devastating attacking performance in front of 79,626 fans at Drogba Arena, cruising to a 6–1 win over Stoke City to extend their lead at the top of the Premier Division to 29 points. Pele led the charge with two goals and an assist in a dazzling display of movement and precision.


First-half masterclass

The Blues made an explosive start, finding the net four times before halftime. Pele opened the scoring after just five minutes with a low strike into the bottom corner, before Netanel Sahar added a close-range header to make it 2–0. Scott Crichton capitalized on a defensive lapse from Fraser Holley to drive home Chelsea’s third, and Kieran O’Sullivan made it four on the stroke of halftime with a fine header.

Pele delivered a complete performance, scoring twice, assisting once, and creating five key chances. The Brazilian forward earned a perfect 10.0 rating and continues to build his case for the English Footballer of the Year award.
